FAQ
White label casino provider FAQ — the questions we actually get asked.
Do I need my own gambling license to launch a white label casino?
+
No. Under a white label arrangement you operate under the platform provider's existing gambling license, in the jurisdictions covered by that license. Owning your own license becomes relevant if you move to a custom build or scale into markets your provider's license doesn't cover.
How long does it take to launch?
+
A white label launch is commonly measured in weeks from signed agreement to a live, deposit-accepting brand. Turnkey usually takes a few months. Custom builds with your own license run many months to over a year depending on jurisdiction.
What markets can I target?
+
It depends entirely on the platform partner's license coverage and which payment rails they support in your target geographies. Latin America, parts of Africa, regulated EU markets, Curaçao-style umbrellas, and crypto-friendly jurisdictions all have different cost and compliance profiles. We match you to a partner whose coverage actually fits your plan.
What does using this service cost me?
+
Nothing extra. The platform partner pays us an introduction fee when a match leads to a contract. The commercial terms you sign with the partner are between you and them — our fee doesn't sit on top of your costs. We don't disclose specific fee structures publicly because that's a private matter between us and the partners we work with.
Is this legal?
+
This site is a B2B advisory service. We don't operate gambling platforms and no wagering happens on this site. The platform partners we work with operate under appropriate gambling licenses in their jurisdictions. The legality of the casino brand you launch depends on the license you operate under and the markets you accept players from — we'll discuss that during your consultation.
What if I already have an audience or traffic?
+
It's an asset. Operators with proven traffic typically negotiate better commercial terms than someone starting from zero. See our For Affiliates page for the full picture.
Do you support crypto casinos?
+
Yes. Some platform partners in our network are crypto-first or crypto-friendly. The match depends on whether you want crypto-only, fiat-only, or both — and on your target markets, since crypto regulation varies.
What payment methods are typically supported?
+
Most white label platforms support cards, major e-wallets, bank transfer, and crypto rails to varying degrees. Coverage of local payment methods (Pix, Interac, OXXO, MobilePay, etc.) varies by partner — that's one of the things we screen during matching.
What happens after you match me with a partner?
+
You contract directly with the platform partner. We stay available during onboarding to flag contract terms worth pushing back on and to help keep technical milestones from slipping, but we don't sit between you and the platform commercially.
Do you work with operators outside Europe, LATAM, and Asia?
+
We work with operators globally as long as we can match them honestly. If we don't have a partner that fits your jurisdiction or budget, we'll tell you that on the discovery call rather than push a bad match.
What's the difference between white label and turnkey?
+
White label is faster and simpler — you ride the provider's license and platform with limited customization. Turnkey is more involved — typically still using a sublicense, but with deeper customization of the front end, bonus engine, and sometimes player data arrangements. See our models comparison for detail.
Can I switch providers later if I'm not happy?
+
Technically yes, in practice it depends entirely on your contract. Exit clauses, player database portability, and brand transfer terms vary enormously by provider — which is exactly why we flag those clauses before you sign. Switching after launch is expensive; getting the right partner the first time is the goal.
What is a white label casino solution?
+
A white label casino solution is a packaged offering — platform, game aggregation, payment integrations, KYC tooling, and a licensing umbrella — that lets you launch an online casino under your own brand without building the underlying infrastructure or holding your own gambling license. You provide the brand, marketing, and player relationship; the provider supplies and operates the technical and regulatory stack.
How much does white label casino software cost?
+
There is no single answer — white label casino software pricing depends on jurisdiction, payment scope, customization depth, and commercial model (pure revenue share, fixed fee plus revshare, hybrid, etc.). Setup typically ranges from low five figures to low six figures, and ongoing economics usually combine a revenue share on GGR or NGR with optional minimum guarantees. See our cost breakdown for a component view.
What's the difference between a white label casino platform and turnkey?
+
White label is faster and more constrained — you ride the provider's license, platform, and largely their templates, with limited customization. Turnkey is more involved — typically still using a sublicense, but with deeper customization of the front end, bonus engine, and sometimes player data arrangements. Custom build is a separate category again: your own license, your own stack, your own multi-month timeline.
How do I choose a white label casino provider?
+
Validate the license on the regulator's own public registry, ask for two operator references who've been live for at least a year (and actually call them), and read the termination clause of the draft contract before you read the commercial terms. Beyond those three filters, weight your evaluation by what matters most for your model — payment coverage for traffic-led brands, compliance tooling for regulated-market launches, exit terms for multi-brand plans.
Is a white label casino solution legal in my country?
+
It depends on the license the platform partner holds and the markets that license covers — and on whether your country regulates, restricts, or prohibits online casino activity for players resident there. We discuss your specific target market on the consultation call and only refer matches whose license scope and player-acceptance policies are appropriate. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Can I switch white label casino platforms later?
+
Sometimes yes, sometimes the contract makes it economically painful — that's the honest answer. Exit clauses, player database portability, balance handover, and brand transferability vary enormously by provider. Treat the termination section of any white label casino platform contract as a first-class commercial term, not legal boilerplate, and negotiate it before you sign rather than discovering it 18 months in.
What games come with white label casino software?
+
Most modern white label casino software ships with aggregated access to several hundred to over 1,000 titles across slots, live dealer, table games, crash, and instant games, drawn from multiple studios via a single integration. The mix of tier-1 vs regional studios — and which jurisdictions individual titles are cleared for — varies by partner and is one of the criteria we screen during matching.
How long does a white label casino solution take to launch?
+
Commonly a few weeks from signed agreement to a live, deposit-accepting brand on a white label casino solution. Brand-heavy or customisation-heavy launches stretch into a couple of months. Turnkey typically takes several months; a custom build with your own license is a year or more. Anything advertising 'live in 48 hours' is either a demo, or skipping integration steps that will haunt you later.
